I have been in the workforce for about 3 decades. So far, I think I have seen it all. I tend to be a goal oriented person who is geared towards solving problems. I take things for as they are. I work with what I have and make the best of it.
Recently, I found this article about an analogy about the American style of management vs the Japanese style of management. I know from personal experience, that too often, no matter how obvious the problem is, the obvious, plain simple solution is outright ignored.
